Vacation rentals<\/span><\/h2>\n

Reservation & payment<\/b><\/p>\n

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required into Geronimo Reborn’s account number BE40 0689 4005 0063\/ BIC GKCCBEBB with your booking reference and name as notice. If the advance is not paid within 2 weeks of booking the property will be released back to you. At least 2 weeks before arrival we would like to receive the remaining amount. <\/p>\n

For the accommodation of 30 people, we ask for a deposit of \u20ac700 before arrival. For the accommodation of 6 persons, we ask for a deposit of 200\u20ac before arrival. This amount will be returned to the tenant – within 7 days after departure – after inspection of the property. This amount can\/may also be deposited to the above mentioned account number stating – deposit- tenant(s). <\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/b><\/p>\n

Cancellation is only possible for compelling reasons (force majeure, illness). Of course another date can be discussed. In case of cancellation without compelling reasons, the deposit will be retained by ‘De molenhoeve’. <\/p>\n

Rental conditions<\/b><\/p>\n

Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Smoking can only be done outside. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. It is forbidden to use the vacation home to organize parties or drinks, in order to guarantee the quality of the house and preserve the peace and quiet of the surroundings. The tenant must ensure that he does not cause any noise nuisance to local residents. In Belgium there is a law prohibiting noise outdoors after 22:00. No amplified music indoors either. We ask that it be quiet outside and inside between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. to keep the peace for everyone. In case of violation of these conditions, we may proceed to compulsory abandonment of the property with the involvement of the necessary authorities, without return of rent and deposit. Dogs \/ pets are not allowed on the Molenhoeve. <\/p>\n

If any waste, glass or PMD is left behind inside the house at your departure or if the waste outside has not been sorted, we will deduct an extra charge from the deposit.
If at your departure it is found that the dishwasher is not empty, or other household appliances are not clean or the house is left in a non-normal state of cleanliness, the owner has the right to charge extra cleaning hours at 40,00 euros per hour. This will be deducted from the security deposit. <\/p>\n
