During a weekend stay, check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is on Sunday at 5:00 PM. During the week, check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

De Molenhoeve is located in ‘s-Gravenvoeren, in the beautiful region of Voeren in Limburg, Belgium. The address is Altenbroek 2, 3798 ‘s-Gravenvoeren.

There are two holiday homes:

  • Family cottage: Ideal for families or small groups of up to 6 people.
  • Family house: Suitable for larger groups or families of up to 31 people.

Both homes are fully equipped with:

  • Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
  • Seating and dining area.
  • Bedrooms with comfortable beds.
  • Covered private terrace with views of the garden and valley.
  • Duvets and pillows are provided.
  • Baby cot available upon request.

Guests need to bring themselves:

  • Bed linen (can be rented for €10 per set).
  • Towels and kitchen towels.
  • Dish soap, coffee filters, and toilet paper.

Reservations can be made through the secure booking system on the website or by contacting us at contact@molenhoeve.be or by phone at 0032 (0) 4 381 00 25.

  • A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation.
  • The remaining amount must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
  • For the 31-person house, a security deposit of €700 is required upon arrival, which will be refunded within 7 days after departure, following an inspection of the property.
  • Cancellation is only possible for compelling reasons.
  • In case of cancellation without compelling reasons, the deposit will be retained.
  • An alternative date can be discussed upon agreement.

No, pets are not allowed at De Molenhoeve.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Outdoor smoking is allowed with proper use of ashtrays.

To preserve the tranquility of the surroundings, it is forbidden to use the holiday home for parties or drinking events. Additionally, we ask for general quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, out of respect for other guests.

  • Cleaning is included in the price.
  • Guests are asked to return everything to its place, leave household appliances clean, empty the dishwasher and refrigerator, and fold rented linens by floor.
  • If additional cleaning is required, €40 per hour will be charged, deducted from the deposit.

Yes, there is a secure bicycle storage where you can safely keep your bike. Additionally, charging points are available for electric bikes.

Yes, there is a parking space with a charging station available. This spot is reserved for vehicles that are actively charging, so other guests can use it once charging is complete. A fee of €4 per hour applies for using the charging station.
