Where is De Molenhoeve located?
Molenhoeve is located in ‘s-Gravenvoeren, in the beautiful region of Voeren in Limburg, Belgium. The address is Altenbroek 2, 3798 ‘s-Gravenvoeren.
How many rooms does the B&B have?
Molenhoeve offers 6 comfortable rooms for 2 people, each with a unique view of the estate.
What vacation homes are available?
There are two holiday homes:
- Family home: Ideal for families or small groups of up to 6 people.
- Family house: Suitable for families of up to 31 people.
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made via the secure booking system on the website or by contacting us at contact@molenhoeve.be or by telephone on 0032 (0) 4 381 00 25.
To guarantee your reservation, the total amount is required to be paid to Geronimo Reborn’s account number BE40 0689 4005 0063 BIC GKCCBEBB, with your booking reference and name as the communication.
What are the payment terms?
- A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining amount must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
- For the 31-person house, a deposit of €700 is required upon arrival, which will be refunded within 7 days after departure, following an inspection of the house.
What happens in case of cancellation?
For cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged. If you cancel the day before arrival or do not show up, the total price will be charged.
- Cancellation is only possible for compelling reasons.
- In case of cancellation without compelling reasons, the deposit will be retained.
- Another date can be discussed in consultation.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed at De Molenhoeve.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Smoking outside is permitted provided that ashtrays are used correctly.
Are parties allowed?
To preserve the peace and quiet of the surroundings, it is forbidden to use the holiday home for parties or drinking parties. In addition, we ask for general silence between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., out of respect for fellow guests.
What are the cleaning rules in the vacation homes?
- Cleaning is included in the price.
- Guests are requested to put everything back in its place, leave household appliances clean, empty the dishwasher and refrigerator, and fold rented sheets together per floor.
- If additional cleaning is required, €40 per hour will be charged, deducted from the deposit.
